Motion Carried 5 Ayes <br />Clerk Walser announced that financial fact sheets will be provided <br />at future meetings. <br />Clerk Walser announced that an apparent shortage of $29.20 existed <br />in the Clerks' Office as of January 1, 1967. <br />Mayor Rustad Appointed Gary Lang as representative of the council <br />to the Metro Tax Study Meeting to be held Wednesday, January 11, <br />in Edina High School. <br />Mayor Rustad referred the letter setting up a meeting with State <br />Highway Department Officials regarding access of county roads with <br />highways to the engineer. <br />Motion made, (Walser) seconded (Rustad) to approve Resolutions <br />4270, #271, #272, #273, #274, regarding Lot Splits for tax apportion— <br />ment purposes.
