The attorney advised on possible procedure. <br />RECESS at 8:46 <br />The Public Hearing on Rezoning was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 9:00 P.M. <br />on Monday, February 27, 1967. <br />The NOTICE was read by the attorney (including legal discription) and proof of <br />publication according to law was presented. The clerk verified that notices <br />had been sent to all affected residents within 250 ft. of the property. The <br />hearing was determined to be a legal hearing by the attorney. <br />The property involved is the last two lots on Highway #10, south side, at West <br />limits of village. An office and warehouse building (like PAK) is planned, cost- <br />ing $70- 80,000 with 6 -8,00 sq. ft., no comments on intended use. <br />Mr. Art Schott asked if outside storage is planned.
