M/S /P(Johnson/Malvin) -To approve resolution #300 correcting assessments <br />for M.A. 56. 5 ayes. <br />w/S /P(Lang /Johnson) -to approve resolution #301 committing the Village <br />to meeting the requirements as defined by Ramsey Ccunty on the <br />open cutting of County Road H. <br />Insurance coverage was discussed by the attorney Meyers. Buildings <br />should be insured for a full 80% of actual value. Lift stations are <br />not covered under existing policies. Insurance companys will not do <br />appraisal for us. <br />The Attorney suggested that John H. Engle be bonded for $5,000. <br />The Disaster Fund final payment sent was not correct and the attorney <br />will begin action to try to get it straightened out. <br />Engineer Boehm will check on legal discribtions of the easement for <br />Silver Lake Road. <br />The Attorney received the requirements with regard to the keeping <br />of records by the Village office. Claims and vouchers, masc. <br />correspondence and most other papers must be over ten y ars old before <br />distruction and then only on approval of the Minnesota "istorical <br />Society and upon clerks request and subsequent council approval. <br />The Treasurers records must also be kept for ten years. <br />Engineer Boehm discussed the permits necessary for the crossing of <br />Rice Creek with utilities. <br />M/S /P(Malvin/Jchnson) -to authorize the mayor and clerk to sign the <br />permit lease agreement for crossing Rice Creek(Lease Rate of $1.00 <br />year). 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P (Jchnson/Lang)- to approve change order #2 for project 1967 -1 <br />ordering the change to under water crossing of water line; across <br />Rice Creek at an expected $1,000 increase in contract cost. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P (Johnson /Walser) to adjourn(9:38 P.M.) 5 ayes. <br />Respectf:i1ly submitted <br />Robert Walser /Village Clerk <br />
