Lang <br />PROCEEDINGS OP THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 24, 1967 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:05 i'. M. on Monday, July 24, 1967 at <br />the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. kaul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: Also Present: <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Attorney Meyers <br />M /S /P (Johnson -Lang) To approve the minutes of June 26, 1967. 5 Ayes <br />Blue Nose restaurant representatives questioned the Council, and it was <br />established that a epecial use permit or hearing would be required. <br />M /S /P (Walser Rustad) To accept the resignation of Clerk Typist Dale <br />Jones, effective July 27, 1967. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Walser- Malvin) To adopt Resolutions #315 and #316 Lot Splits. <br />5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Walser -Lang) To approve payment of bills as represented by <br />checks numbered 1636, 1658 1699, except #1690. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Walser- Johnson) To approve payment of check #1690 and enter into <br />the one year maintenance agreement, Final Payment. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Walser- Johnson) To approve licenses (see attachment) 5 Ayes <br />M /SLP (Walser- Malvin) To approve the names of election judges, as <br />submitted: <br />Ada Sopkowiak Ila Mc Cue <br />Lenore Kinderman Amelia Hodges <br />Mary La Vague Jean Miller <br />Ruth Sinderson Nilva Wendorf <br />Jim Nerdahl 5 Ayes <br />Trustee Johnson reported that the contracts for road construction should <br />all be completed on schedule. <br />
