PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 10, 1967 <br />The Special Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View, met as a canvassing board on Thursday, August 10, 1967. The <br />meeting was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 6:40 P. M. at the <br />Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: Mayor Rusted <br />Clerk Walser <br />Trustee Lang <br />Trustee Johnson <br />Absent: Trustee Malvin <br />The Clerk presented the tally sheets of the three precincts and the <br />vote totals were checked. <br />Precinct For Against Total Ballots <br />#1 49 74 123 <br />#2 47 86 133 <br />#3 54 58 112 <br />Total 150 218 368 <br />M /S /P (Walser, Johnson) The Council, acting as a canvassing board, <br />has examined the tally sheets and hereby certifies that the totals <br />are correct. 4 Ayes <br />The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Rusted at 7:50 P.
