PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />October 9, 1967 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Rusted at 8:00 P.M., on Monday, October 9, 1967 <br />at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: Also Present: Absent: <br />Mayor Rustad Engineer Boehm Clerk Walser <br />Trustee Malvin Attorney Meyers <br />Trustee Johnson Manager Zylla <br />Trustee Lang <br />M /S /P <br />M /S /P <br />M /S /P <br />(Lang,Rustad) To approve the minutes of September 11, 1967. <br />(Johnson,Lang) To approve the minutes of September 27, 1967. <br />(Johnson,Lang) To approve the minutes of October 2, 1967. <br />Council discussed Greenfield Park and agreed to rent a bulldozer for <br />$180.00 per week to level the land in the park. Engineer and Attorney <br />to advise. <br />M /S /P (Rustad,Malvin) To approve excavating licenses for Betts Sewer <br />and Water and Homer's Sewei Service. <br />M /S /P Rustad,Malvin) To approve bills represented by check numbers <br />3408 -3423, and 1864 -1900, <br />M /S /F (Rustad,Johnson) <br />D.P. No. 34 and 47, Div. <br />M /S /P (Rustad,Johnson) <br />D.P. No, 34, 37, 47 and <br />To approve the apportionment of assessments <br />#37861, Res. #327. <br />To approve the apportionment of assessments <br />53, Div. #37739, Res. #328. <br />M /S /F (Rustad,Lang) To enter into a contract with Gulf Oil Corporation <br />and that the Mayor be authorized to sign it on behalf of the Village. <br />Contract regards installation of a tank and pump and the service of <br />gasoline by Gulf Oil for a one year period. <br />Mayor Rustad announced that next Monday, October 16, there would be a <br />hearing at 8:00 P.M. on a house moving into the Villfge at 7755 Spring <br />Lake Road. <br />Trustee Malvin read the police report for September. <br />Trustee Malvin also announced that Spring Lake Park had written a letter <br />to J.
