PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA October 9, 1967 The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Rusted at 8:00 P.M., on Monday, October 9, 1967 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. (Johnson,Lang) To approve the minutes of September 27, 1967. (Johnson,Lang) To approve the minutes of October 2, 1967. Council discussed Greenfield Park and agreed to rent a bulldozer for $180.00 per week to level the land in the park. Engineer and Attorney to advise. M /S /P (Rustad,Malvin) To approve excavating licenses for Betts Sewer and Water and Homer's Sewei Service. M /S /P Rustad,Malvin) To approve bills represented by check numbers 3408 -3423, and 1864 -1900, M /S /F (Rustad,Johnson) D.P. No. 34 and 47, Div. M /S /P (Rustad,Johnson) D.P. No, 34, 37, 47 and To approve the apportionment of assessments #37861, Res. #327. To approve the apportionment of assessments 53, Div. #37739, Res. #328. M /S /F (Rustad,Lang) To enter into a contract with Gulf Oil Corporation and that the Mayor be authorized to sign it on behalf of the Village. Contract regards installation of a tank and pump and the service of gasoline by Gulf Oil for a one year period. Mayor Rustad announced that next Monday, October 16, there would be a hearing at 8:00 P.M. on a house moving into the Villfge at 7755 Spring Lake Road. Trustee Malvin read the police report for September. Trustee Malvin also announced that Spring Lake Park had written a letter to J.
