Attorneys Report <br />3 <br />A new final payment on tornado funds for $1,191.00 #267183) was <br />submitted by attorney. $70012.36 was original claim. In 3 or 4 <br />payments $68,949.44 has been received, Only about $800.00 could <br />still be disputed and it was generally agreed the payments were <br />satisfactory. The file will be closed. <br />Easements from the state have been received and filed. <br />Rezoning from last meeting is still pending the attorney advised. <br />We will reconsider the rezoning at the January 8th meeting. <br />Engineer Report <br />A request from Skiba property to deepen a sewer line. <br />A change order #3 for Sanitary Sewer and Water Improvement 1967 -5 <br />prepared for deeper line $2,200.00 approximate cost. <br />M /S /f (Johnson /Lang) To authorize the sewer line change. <br />HUD asked additional questions. Engineer reported probably a final <br />answer in four or five weeks. <br />Gasoline pump installation has been completed and is operating. <br />Mr. Hodges questioned other than maintenance men plowing rinks on <br />weekends. Costa will be checked. The Greenfield rink will be used <br />this year. <br />Names of rink attendants were submitted for office file. <br />Mr. Ehlers reported on his check of the two lowest bids.
