3 <br />Engineer Boehm reported on Mounds View connections to Fridley sewer service <br />information requested has been supplied to Fridley. <br />Engineer Boehm read a report on connections of Mounds View residents to <br />Spring Lake Park sewer. Connection charges are paid directly to NSSSD, <br />and a contractual agreement should be made to cover use charges. There <br />are four connections currently seven more will connect. <br />NSSSD use charge on our lines was discussed NSSSD owes about two years' <br />of use charges. <br />Robert DeGardner variance and lot split (8300 block on Groveland). The <br />Planning Commission recommends the Engineer suggests the Village get a <br />30 foot easement for a future street. The attorney will prepare the <br />documents. <br />Engineer Boehm read a letter from the Water Department of St. Paul <br />regarding a second rider to their agreement. The purpose is for a <br />light pole at Greenwood Drive and County Road I.
