M/S/P (Walser/Johnson) To approve the use of the hall on the second <br />Wednesday of each month for the DFL Club, subject to the usual clean <br />up regulations. 5 Ayes <br />M /S.P (Walser /Lang) To approve Resolution #366 establishing effective <br />immediately, meter deposit rates of $40.00 on a 5/8 meter and <br />$90.00 on a 1" meter. 5 Ayes <br />The Clerk announced a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the <br />North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District that is scheduled for 7:30 P.M. <br />on February 27, 1968, at the District Office, 1458 County Road "J <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55432. This meeting is to be held for discussion <br />of the District's presentation before the Pollution Control Agency at <br />its hearings February 28th and 29th. <br />Trustee Malvin suggested we ask for a refund on the special alarm <br />system which cost us $22.50 per month for the last 18 months, but which <br />has not been connected. <br />NSSSD easement papers were referred to the Engineer and Attorney for <br />comments. They will report at next meeting. <br />Trustee Johnson read the Police and B E Patrol reports for January <br />and submitted the reports for filing. <br />Trustee Lang announced a Parks and Playgrounds meeting on Thursday, <br />February 29th and asked for interested parties to attend. <br />Mr. Evans thanked the Council for authorizing'Wally to attend the Safety Meeting. <br />Engineer Boehm read a report on Mr. Mecl's request for a culvert. Conditions <br />now are satisfactory he said, and an additional culvert could only benefit the <br />owner. <br />A letter from Mr. Evans of the State Department of Economic Development, <br />regarding bridge inspection was read.
