Engineer Boehm discussed the problem created because the HUD people were requesting all contracts to be let nt once. We need to test drill first. Mr. Eickstadt. requested a report on the MAC meeting that Mayor Rustad and Trustee Malvin attended last week. Mayor Rustad replied that additional maps wore presented and discussed. Mr. Johnson said he feels the meeting schedule demands strong Council action to get the meeting held out here and perhaps on a weekend. Mayor Rustad said a decision would be made next Monday night on a letter or resolution to MAC. Mr. Eickstadt asked what the official newspaper of MAC was. Mayor Rustad feels all communities should agree on place and wording of a resolution. Mr. Delaney questioned action on his request for a subdivision. The Planning Commission recommended it but he hasn't formally applied or paid th. fee. He must do this before the Council can act. A letter from the County was read by Engineer Boehm, requesting updating information for a 1920's street plan. His letter of reply was read. Mr. Ernest Custaphson questioned the Planning Commission action on his request. It was read again. The Planning Commission recommenced no action since condenmation procedures against this property are in process by NSSSD. Mr. Ernest Johnson questioned whether the Council considered requesting NSSSD to follow ;FIO instead of ruining future development of large tracts of land.
