2 <br />A resident questioned if it would be possible not to have anymore additional <br />assessments. Engineer Boehm answered that any metropolitan area grows and <br />people move out further and that area grows, and that improvements are always <br />necessary. <br />Engineer Boehm asked for anyone to voice their objections. <br />I. R.
