A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 6:50 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 1968, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />July 15, 1968 <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Lang <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Absent: <br />Clerk Walser <br />Also Present: <br />Deputy Clerk Zylla <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Superintendent Skiba <br />M /S /P (Johnson /Lang) To rezone Lot 110 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, <br />generally located 7373 Knollwood Drive from R1 to R2. 4 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Rusts:: /Lang) To notify NSSSD to restore the Wayside Park, utilized <br />as a STH 10/62 by -pass, to its original condition as soon as possible. 4 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To approve Resolution #390 Division #38846 amending <br />Resolution #384 replacing the DP 34 and 47 apportionments of Resolution #384 <br />with the apportionments of Resolution #390. <br />M /S /P (Rustad/Lang) To approve Resolution #391 Division #38898 amending <br />Resolution #385 replacing the DP 56 apportionment of Resolution #385 with <br />the apportionment of Resolution #391. 4 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Malvin) To authorize the Engineer to prepare the assessment <br />roles for sanitary sewer and water project 1967 -5 and street project 1 967 -1. 4 Ayes <br />M/S/P (Rustad /Johnson) To adjourn at 7:10 P.M. <br />Re9pectfully Submitted, <br />Den s S.
