A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Rustad at 6:57 P.M. on Monday August 19, 1968, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway 410, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Councilman Lang <br />Councilman Johnson <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />August 19, 1968 <br />Also Present: <br />Deputy Clerk Zylla <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Superintendent Skiba <br />Engineer Boehm reported that the low bidder on Water Improvement Project <br />1968 -3 Schedule A had informed him that he had adequate equipment to perform <br />the job and that he had made no mistake in his bid.
