Planning Commission <br />denied since he was not present at meeting October 15th. Referred to building <br />inspector. <br />Robert Waste wants approval for another building on his lot for rabbit housing. <br />Attorney stated special permit called for, and hearing. Waste stated approval <br />previously given by building inspector and one Councilman. Johnson stated no <br />such approval given. Building inspector told to enforce code only. Waste may <br />have been misinformed in error. Howerver, he previously was told to contact <br />police for violation information also. <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To set regular meeting for Wednesday, November 13th, at <br />8:00 P.M. eliminating the November llth meeting because of Veterans Day. <br />MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To set rezoning hearing for Arthur Attleson for Ex S 200' <br />of Lot 108, 109 Knollwood Park Addition R1 R3 for November 13th at 8 :30 P.M. <br />Otis Hilbert presented rezoning application for storage and minor truck repair <br />at 1859 Highway #10.
