Attorney to discuss with Andy Fuller of Prescott and Co. <br />Deputy Clerk stated Village ballots not misprinted as was rumored. <br />Councilman Malvin's Report: <br />No report. <br />Councilman Johnson's Report: <br />No report. <br />Councilman Lang's Report: <br />Councilman Lang read Recreation Committee minutes which gave unanimous approval to <br />the Village NSSSD settlement for Wayside Park. <br />Inspector's Report: <br />Electrical Inspector stated that we should require certificate of occupancy for every <br />dwelling before persons are allowed to move in. <br />4 Ayes <br />
