2 <br />Councilman Malvin presented various extracts of minutes of the NSSSD which <br />provide background information into the lawsuit against M. Christensen over <br />the salary of the Clerk while serving as a member of the Board. <br />County Road I was reopened tonight. <br />Councilman Johnson <br />No report. <br />Councilman Lang <br />No report. <br />Attorney Meyer's Report <br />MSP (Rustad/Johnson) To approve Ordinance #162 amending Ordinance #67, <br />the zoning map. <br />MSP (Rustad/Johnson) To approve Resolution #420 covering public works maintenance <br />employees for the year 1969. 4 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Test pumping of Well #1 finished. Results not very encouraging. A new strata <br />will be tried later. Now Well #2 being test pumped. Well #3 down 150'. <br />Mayor Rustad commented on the departure of Gary Lang who is attending his last <br />meeting as Councilman. He stated that he enjoyed working with him and that he <br />always did a fine job. Councilman Lang thanked the Mayor and returned the <br />compliment. <br />Resident requested information on a snowmobile ordinance. Mayor said a need is <br />arising for the ordinance.
