6- <br />Mayor Rustad stated that he had no comments; that he was part Indian and that <br />he could read smoke signals. Councilman Blanchard stated this was the largest <br />crowd he had ever seen and the largest proposal. He said that in his estimation <br />all had done a fine job. It was a truly orderly crowd. <br />MSP (Hodges /Blanchard) To deny the rezoning. <br />Hearing closed at 10:10 P.M. <br />Mayor, Rusted called a ten minute recess. <br />The meeting called to order againaat 10:24 P.M. <br />A continuation of Attorney'Meyers' report. Attorney Meyers presented an <br />assessment agreement for Raymond and Ann Buhil, Spring View Lane. Attorney <br />also presented a proposal between Fridley and Mounds View regarding sanitary <br />sever connection on Pleasant View Drive. Attorney Meyers also stated that <br />developers Beim and Underdahl would like a hearing set to rezone their <br />property on County Road H2 and Highway #8 on Highway #10. Attorney Meyers <br />recommended we change our zoning ordinance to eliminate shopping center <br />and replace it with B3 classification. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To set a rezoning hearing for Beim and Underdahl <br />for 8:30 P.M. March 10th. Parcel #59- 0080 060 -75 and #59- 0080 010 -76. 4 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm read preliminary report and cost estimate for extension of <br />Knollwood Drive North of Arden (Project 1968 -5). <br />MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To accept preliminary report for sewer, water, <br />street improvement project 1968 -5. <br />MSP (Johnson /Hodgea) To order improvement hearing for Project 1968 -5 <br />February 24th at 8:30 P.M. <br />Engineer stated that proposed subdivision for F. M. Schaffer Inc. would <br />need additional assessment agreement. Subdivision was referred to the <br />attorney. Mayor Rustad commented on proposed Daily Plat. He stated <br />that there was an error in the legal description. Engineer then reported <br />on the progress of the test wells.
