5 <br />Engineer commented on the test well construction, that it doesn't look like <br />Aamot can complete the project by February 15th and there is a $50.00 per day <br />penalty after the 15th. <br />Resident, James Neardahl, desired information on whether the Council desires to <br />Protect themselves on resubmitted requests for rezoning. Presently the Council <br />has a 30 day limit before a previously heard proposal cal be resubmitted. <br />Mrs. Gutenhauf requested information on when Mr. Bob Waste is going to put in <br />an incinerator. Mrs. Gutenhauf was told to contact Mr. Fagestrom, our Fire <br />Chief.
