The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, August 25, 1969, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Absent: <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 25, 1969 <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylia <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the minutes of August 11, 1969. <br />Mayor Rustad's Report <br />MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To double B E Patrol services for the months of <br />September and October. <br />Extra patroling provided for in the 1969 budget. <br />Mayor Rustad read the Planning Commission minutes of August 19, 1969. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the eight lot preliminary plat for James <br />Lund for Lots 2, 3, 4, Block 2 Greenfield Addition. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To set a hearing for Brentwood Development Company to <br />rezone Lots 8 and 9 Knollwood Park Addition from RI to R3 on September 22nd <br />at 8:30 P.M. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To approve the twenty -two lot preliminary plat of <br />White Oak Estates on NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 <br />of Section 8 subject to changing the lot depths to 135' and subject to payment <br />of the fee. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson /Malvin) To set a hearing for Robert DeGardner to rezone S 120' <br />of Lot 57, and the N 110' of the S 370' of Lot 57 Auditor Subdivision #89 from <br />R1 to R3 for October 13 at 8:30 P.M. 5 Ayes <br />Resident requested the extension of Bona Road from Woodcrest to County Road H. <br />He was informed of the need for a petition signed by the owners of 35% of the <br />affected land. <br />Clerk- Administrator Z lla's Report <br />MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To approve the following licenses: Sewer and Water <br />Thompson Plumbing Company, United Sewer Water; Miscellaneous Sham -O -Jet <br />Kennel; General Contractor Exterior Design Service; Asphalt Hennepin <br />Black Topping Company Inc. and Asphalt Driveway Company. <br />5 Ayes <br />
