Councilman Neise:l's Report MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To raise the salary of Walter Skiba to $858.00 per month plus $30.00 health and life insurance adjusted to January 1, 1970. Councilman Neisen explained to the audience the added duties taken on by Mr. Skiba. In addition to being building inspector and plumbing and heating inspector Mr. Skiba will supervise the Public Works Department.
