MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To approve the subdivision request of Robert <br />Eigenheer to divide Lot 59 Auditor Subdivision #89 into the N 225' and <br />Ex the N 225' thereof. <br />Clerk Administrator Zylla presented a proposed plan of Eigenheer Plaza located <br />East of the Mounds View Pure Oil Station and explained the drawings to the <br />Council and audience. No building permit has been issued yet. <br />Acting Mayor Malvin stated that a report of a bath tub on Woodlawn Drive <br />causing an eyesore was removed shortly after a tag was issued by the police. <br />Clerk Administrator Zylla <br />MSP (Hodges/Neisen) To approve the following licenses: General Contractor <br />B K Builders, Good Value Homes, Inc., Ben Landwehr Building Contractor; <br />Sewer and Water Husnik Sewer Service, Maplewood Sewer Water, Inc.; <br />Cement Work Al Zeis Cement Company, Inc.; Heating Clarence E. Nelson <br />Heating and Air Conditioning, Roger Landwehr Heating Contractor; and <br />Peddlers Mr. Mrs. Gerald Gammell. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard/Malvin) To approve the following bills: General Check <br />#'s 4460 -4515, WS- MINN -45 Check #'s 051.& 052, and Payroll Cheek #'s 1665 -1690. <br />Total disbursements $76,052.07. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges /Blanchard) To adopt Resolution #501 approving the apportionment <br />of assessments for Busmar Addition, Division #42249. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen/Blanchard) To adopt Resolution #502 the assessment role as <br />amended for Water Improvement Project 1968 -3 (HUD), DP #84, certifying against <br />the benefited property a water lateral rate per foot of $5.50 and a water <br />service flat rate charge of $125.11 over 20 years at 8% interest. In addition, <br />adopting the assessment role as amended for Water and Sewer Improvement Projects <br />1969 -3 and 1969 -4, DP #'s 87 and 85, and Street Improvement Project 1970 -1 and <br />1970 -3, DP #86, certifying against the benefited property the following <br />assessment rates over 20 years at 8% interest: <br />1969 -3 and 1969 -4 <br />Sanitary Sewer Lateral $12.4;= Water Service $208.20 <br />Water Main Lateral 4.86 Sewer Service $295.21 <br />Storm Sewer (1969 -3 only) 2.62 <br />1970 -1 and 1970 -3 <br />Street Lateral 6.34 <br />Storm Sewer 5.67 <br />Clerk Administrator Zylla stated that regarding the 1968 -3 assessment, he has <br />received a letter from Ingvald Johnson, 8384 Long Lake Road agreeing to be <br />assessed for a water service erroneously omitted from the assessment role <br />originally prepared. Moreover, a letter was received from White Oak Builders <br />agreeing to be assessed on 59- 0070- 030 -81 and withdrawing their objection of <br />September 21st if the rate assessed was at the rate assessed on Woodale Drive. <br />Regarding 1969 -3, 1969 -4 and 1970 -1 and 70 -3 Clerk Administrator Zylla announced <br />that written objections were received from Raymond Doyle, George Payne, John <br />Capetz, Warren Johnson and Ernest Danielson. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />
