MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To <br />Village of Mounds View. <br />Discussion folbwed at which <br />excluded from paved streets <br />public property. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />2 <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To adjourn at 8:35 P.M. <br />Attorney Meyers stated that he still had two open files for easements involving <br />the Edgewood walkway. Councilman Neisen said that both Hansen and Schauffhausen <br />gave verbal permission to go on their properties. <br />The contract for the fire protection was presented with questions arising as to <br />the basis of computation. Assessed value is used but is not necessarily an <br />accurate indicator if the sales ratios between counties are different. <br />adopt Ordinance #182 regulating snowmobiles in the <br />it was made clear that generally their operation was <br />and improved boulevards, private property, and posted <br />Engineer Boehm suggested that the minutes reflect that the $7,500.00 certified <br />check left on deposit by Petersen Templin as mentioned in the minutes of <br />December 14th is to be returned subject to the concurrence of HUD and the <br />Village Engineer. The Council concurred. <br />Councilman Malvin stated that his service on the :council these last 12 years <br />has been an education and that no one has ever influenced his vote. He hopes <br />that the Council can maintain the high integrity of the past.
