3 <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To adopt Ordinance #184 amending Ordinance #61 <br />establishing the Planning and Zoning Commission providing the removal of the <br />councilman from the Planning Commission and substituting him with another <br />mayors appointee. <br />Attorney Meyers presented a <br />for rabies innoculation for <br />fees and the board fees. A <br />law was also presented. <br />MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To <br />ordinance for March 29th at <br />MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To adjourn at 9:49 P.M. <br />proposed ordinance amending Ordinance #58 providing <br />dogs every two years, increasing the impounding <br />second propose' ordinance providing for a leash <br />set a hearing to consider a proposed dog leash <br />7:00 P.M. <br />On the matter of the Mounds View escrow money held by Ramsey County in the Chies <br />(Silver Lake Road) dispute, Attorney Meyers reported that he, Mr. Boehm, <br />Mr. Snyker of Ramsey County and a Barton Construction Company representative <br />are meeting to discuss the matter this week. He stated that he would <br />institute a lawsuit if the matter was not resolved by early March. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm reported on some correspondence received from the Minnesota <br />Asphalt Pavement Association requesting Council or individual action to <br />prevent the legislature from diverting highway funds to other areas such as <br />mass transit. Also requesting repeal of the imposition of sales tax charged <br />on road building materials by municipalities other than the State. <br />Engineer Boehm stated that he has discussed again with the State Highway <br />Department the Councils desire to see carrier pipes constructed under new <br />STH 10 so the property to the north can be serviced with water and sewer at <br />a later date.
