The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 4, 1971 at the Village <br />Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Neisen <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Absent: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />October 4, 1971 <br />Absent: <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) September 27th minutes corrected by the insertion of <br />"Resolution #542" in the motion authorizing the placing of the park bond <br />question on the November 2nd ballot. <br />Residents Requests and Comments from the floor <br />MSP (Hodges /Neisen) To grant a variance of 6" to White Oak Builders in the <br />room width of a bedroom in the home to be located at 5109 Irondale Road. <br />Bedroom size is 91 X 121 and house size is 1,360 square feet. <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk Administrator Zylia <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Councilman Hodges reported that there is a Recreation Committee meeting on <br />October 5th. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Johnson /Blanchard) To approve the following licenses: Asphalt H 0 <br />Blacktop Company, Inc.; Cement Work Tony Bochenski; General Contractor <br />Royal Aluminum Products, Inc.; and Heating Barnes Heating and Air Cond. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson /Hodges) To approve the following bills: General check #5519 -5541, <br />Bond check #602 and Payroll checks #2310 -2329.
