PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />October 10, 1972 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Neisen at 7:58 P.M. on Tuesday, October 10, 1972 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway <br />#10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Neisen <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Baumgartner <br />Councilman Pickar <br />Councilman Johnson <br />BIDDER <br />Mr. Ehlers was excused in order to check the bid tabulation. <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />MSP (Hodges Pickar) To approve the minutes of September 25th and October 5th, 1972. 5 Ayes <br />At 8:00 P.M. Mayor Neisen introduced Robert Ehlers of Ehlers Associates, fiscal <br />consultants for the Village of Mounds View. Mr. Ehlers was present to receive bids <br />for $385,000 Mounds View Temporary Improvement Bonds. The bids were as follows: <br />NET INTEREST COST NET INTEREST RATE <br />First National Bank of St. Paul, 48,510.00 4.20007. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />Piper, Jaffray Hopwood Inc., 53,707.50 4.6500% <br />linneapolis, Minnesota <br />First National Bank of Minneapolis, 49,260.75 4.2650% <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota <br />Banc Northwest of Minneapolis, 48,895.00 4.23337 <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota <br />MSP (Johnson Hodges) To approve the final plat of the Mounds View Industrial Park <br />and to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to sign it. 5 Ayes <br />Residents Requests and Comments From the Floor: <br />Mr. Theodore Mohnkern, 1800 County Road H2 appeared requesting $60.92 in lost wages, <br />$5.00 for clean up material, and an unspecified amount as compensation for the discom- <br />fort suffered by his two daughters as a result of a sewer backup in the vicinity of <br />County Road H2 between Pleasant View Drive and Spring Lake Road. <br />Clerk Zylla explained that on Wednesday, October 4th about 3:30 P.M., the Village <br />received a call that sewer was backing up into a home on 1799 County Road H2. Village <br />maintenance crews were immediately dispatched. By 4 :30 P.M. the Village sewer had been <br />
