45' storage building and a 12' x 12' storage tank building on the back of <br />their property. <br />Councilman Pickar's Report <br />Councilman Pickar reported that the Lakeside Park Commission meeting would be <br />July 12th and the Human Rights Commission June meeting was postponed until <br />July 24th. <br />Councilman Pickar stated that Northern States Power would be contacted in <br />regards to the globe from the light that hit a car. <br />Mayor Neisen welcomed the new president of the League of Women Voters, Marilyn <br />Fauehald, and thanked Isabelle Schumacher for the fine work she has done in <br />the past. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers reported he is preparing the paper work for a 20 foot permanent <br />easement for the drainage ditch on the northwest corner of Long Lake Road <br />and County Road H2 for Willmus Properties and they have also agreed to a <br />pedestrian bicycle trail on said easement. <br />Engineer Bearden's Report <br />Engineer Bearden presented the preliminary report and cost estimate for water <br />service for the Mounds View Square Shopping Center, Project 1973 -5. Improvement <br />and assessment hearings are unnecessary since the developer is the only <br />property owner in the shopping center triangle. The project cost would <br />be assessed to the property bounded by Long Lake Road, County Road I, and <br />Highway #10 over the next 13 years. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) To adopt resolution #608 Declaring Adequacy of the <br />Petition and Ordering Improvements for the Mounds View Square Shopping Center. <br />5 Ayes <br />Frank Gadrysh inquired about the proposed Anchor Inn.
