PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY A Special Meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Neisen at 7:02 P.M. on January 2, 1974 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway #10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Present: Mayor Neisen Councilman Hodges Councilman Baumgartner Councilman Johnson Councilman Picker Also Present: Dennis S. lla. Clerk- Administrator Clerk- Administrator Zylla MSP (Neisen Pickar) To appoint the First State Bank of New Brighton the official depository, the New Brighton Bulletin as the legal newspaper, and Donald Hodges as acting mayor in 1974. MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To adopt the 1974 salary schedule for administrative, supervisory, and hourly personnel Clerk Administrator $1,412.00 per month Police Chief $1,338.00 per month Police Captain $1,174.00 per month Police Sergeant $1,139.00 per month Building Inspector $1,124.00 per month 1 Utility Account Clerk 3.75 per hour 2 Administrative Secretary 3.40 per hour 1 Clerk Typist 3.10 per hour 5 Ayes MSP (Hodges Baumgartner) To provide that effective January 1, 1975 the salary differential between patrolmen and sergeant be increased from $50.00 per month to $75.00 per month and effective January 1, 1976 increased from $75.00 per month to $100.00 per month. This change to reflect a corresponding increase in the salary of the police captain. 5 Ayes MSP (Pickar Johnson) To approve the following licenses: Cigarette Mounds View Standard, Donatelle's Supper Club, Fedor's Market, Tom Thumb Superette (County Road I), Tom Thumb Superette (Knollwood Drive), A. A. Standard Grocery; Gasoline Station A. A. Standard; Non Intox. Off -Sale Liquor Fedor's Market, Tom Thumb Superette (County Road I), Tom Thumb Superette (Knollwood Drive), A. A.
