-3- <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve Resolution No. 628 apportioning the assessments <br />on Division "!o. 48149. <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To change the date of the next Regular Council Meeting <br />from May 27th to May 28th because of the legal holiday. 5 Ayes <br />Administrator Zylla announced that he would be attending a Manager's Seminar <br />beginning Wednesday to Friday this week. <br />MSP (Neisen Pickar) To approve the issuance of a check to both Mayor Neisen and <br />Councilman Johnson totaling $150.00 less any preivous payment for hotel reservations <br />for expenses connected with the 1974 League of Minnesota Municipalities Conven- <br />tion. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To receive the report of the Administrator concerning a <br />possible joint powers agreement with New Brighton and Arden Hills for emergency <br />preparedness, including a full time coordinator, and to authorize that the report <br />be sent to the respective communities. 5 Ayes <br />Councilman Johnson's Report <br />Motion made and Seconded and later withdrawn to consider an ordinance regarding <br />parking of commercial vehicles in residential areas on and off the street, and <br />to set a public hearing for 8:30 P.M. on July 22, 1974. Council to discuss <br />further. <br />Councilman Baumeartner's Report <br />Councilman Baumgartner read the Planning Co m ission 2einut:b of April 24, 1974. <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the subdivision request of Patricia Othoudt to <br />divide the East 25 feet of Lot 19 except the East 75 feet of Lot 20, Block 2, <br />Lambert's Addition into the South 144 feet and except the South 144 feet thereof, <br />subject to a 30 foot street easement on tte north and five foot utility easement <br />on either side of the subdivision line. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen Pickar) To delay action on the Blanche Abbott subdivision until <br />May 28, 1974 giving the Abbotts and the attorney time to negotiate for easements <br />under Project 1973 -4. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the issuance of a special permit to Donald <br />Stafford to construct a 256 square foot storage shed on his property at 8450 <br />Eastwood Road. 5 Ayes <br />Councilman Pickar's Report <br />Councilman Pickar announced that the Spring Lake Beach will be opening on June <br />8th, registration for swimming classes will be June 11th through 14th, and lessons <br />will commence on June 17th, <br />
