Total disbursements $33,474.00. 3 Ayes <br />Administrator Achen reported the Metro Council population estimate for 1974 at 12,943. <br />He reported that Revenue Sharincr estimated our population at 11,212. He said the <br />ORS figure was challenged but they would not accept the Metro Council figure. The <br />latter is a factor in the City's levy limitation. <br />ATTORNEY MEYER'S REPORT <br />Attorney Meyers said George Brooks won his judgement against the City. <br />He was awarded $169.62 in conciliation court. <br />MSP (Johnson- Baumgartner) to authorize the administrator to write a check <br />to pay $169.62 to Mr. Brooks. 3 Ayes <br />Sunrise Met`lodist has applied for Rice Creek Watershed approval for filling <br />in the south end of their property and request permission from the City. <br />Councilman Baumgartner said two men from City of Mounds View worked one full <br />day at the park and one man from City of Spring Lake Park came out for one <br />nalf hour and did nothing but watch and left. <br />3 Ayes <br />
