Total disbursements $52,941.5 <br />bills: General Fund <br />1190, Recreation <br />Transfer check #10835 <br />94, Sewer 1,900.30 <br />3. <br />MSP(Johnson- Baumgartner) that city staff be directed to diligently <br />and s :renuously enforce the council policy, that the licenses be <br />issued and approved by Council. <br />MSP(Johnson- Pickar) to approve license application for Bituminous <br />Raodways for contracting if and when they should be required to <br />sealcoat. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers presented the development agreement to be signed <br />by the City and Mr. Herbst for Perkins Pancake Steak. <br />Attorney Meyers read a letter on Random lots. Random wants to <br />dedicate these lots to the City.
