He further <br />stated that the Jaycees plan to sell Christmas wreaths the Saturday <br />after Thanksgiving and the following Saturday, and that they should <br />be properly chastized as they did .lot apply for a license in time. <br />Mayor Johnson submitted an application on their behalf allowing them <br />to sell the Christmas wreaths those two Saturdays. <br />MSP (Baumgartner Hodges) that we waive the fee for the Mounds View <br />Jaycees for their license to sell and that wc approve their license. 4 ayes <br />Abstain Johnson <br />
