Mayor Johnson suggested that the proposed ordinance revising various li,:ense fees and procedures be postponed until the rest of the participants arrive. He then moved onto proposed ordinance adopting Ramsey County League of Local Governments uniform snowmobile regulations. Councilman Baumgartner stated that the Ramsey County Open Space Commission examined all of the regulations in the county and found them to be inconsistent. Engineer Bearden mentioned that on most of the lots on Pleasant View there has been a l0 -foot easement on the street side Administrator Achen asked Attorney Meyers to explain the legal aspect of the property, not held jointly or by single ownership. Attorney Meyers stated that if the Council approves the subdivision, they have approved the one owner subdividing the lot on one lot and the other subdividing on his line, creating two non conforming lots.
