-13- <br />Councilman Pickar had no report. <br />COUNCILMAN SHELQUIST'S REPORT: <br />There is a special meeting with the Planning Commission. to <br />go over the zoning ordinance Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Further, <br />in discussing the concept of a maintenance contract with regard <br />to maintaining property after construction, what hold do we have <br />on a developer if we release his bond. He would like this problem <br />resolved b efore the Mermaid has a contract. Administrator Achen <br />replied that you have a hold where you have a license on the <br />individual or business.
