August 9, 1976 Page 12 <br />Councilman Shelquist stated that at the last council meeting, just following <br />the bicentennial celebration, the Council did not make any mention of <br />appreciation to the community celebration committee. Councilman Shelquist <br />stated that he would like to personally extend his thanks to Gordon Zebarth, <br />Chairman, and also the other members. Administrator Achen stated that a <br />letter was sent out. <br />Mayor Pickar stated that the Association of Metro Municipalities, which <br />Mounds View has not joined yet, will be holding another meeting. Mayor <br />Pickar stated that he would attend this meeting.
