Meyers stated that in the app1 cation regarding <br />the EDA grants, the City has to indicate if they have been charged with any discrimi- <br />natory action or if they have been sued within the last two years. Mounds View <br />has been, so we will have to report that even though the City has been released <br />from the case. <br />COUNCILMEMBER BAUMGARTNER had no report. <br />COUNCILMEMBER ROWLEY had no report. <br />COUNCILMEMBER SHELQUIST'S REPORT.
