These 37 people were all from the mobile <br />home.'; park Mr. Wasielews!:i stated that ciost of the people he knew <br />were for the barrier since it does get very noisy. He asked if there <br />would be any city cost involved with the barrier. <br />Mayor Picker stated that the barrier would be entirely financed by the <br />Federal and :;:State government. The people presenting the original plans <br />encouraged participation of the residents to choose the kind and-color <br />of the wall. <br />Co;;uncilmember Baumgartner stated that when they get done with the final <br />design there will be a final hearing.
