February 1n, 1977 Page 15 <br />COUTICILMEMBER BAUMGARTNER'S REPORT Council;nenber Baumgartner stated <br />that the Planning Commission had discussed Red oak Drive at their <br />last meeting. Me asked what the Administrator had found out from the <br />County and State on Red Oak Drive and the interchange. <br />Administrator Achen stated that he had received a letter from the State <br />Highway Department containing an outline of the development process' <br />with dates for hearings. Administrator !'chen stated that he hasn't <br />had time to review it but it annears this "111 be coming up in the <br />next few months. <br />Councilmember'Ziebarth stated that the Founds View Representative <br />on that :subcommittee. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner questioned the County plans for upgrading <br />Red Oak Drive. Administrator Achen explained that the County does <br />not have anything in their five year plan for upgrading Red Oak <br />Drive. Administrator Achen stated that he had not received the <br />comprehensive plan or zoning nap from Blaine. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner suggested that these findings be put <br />into a short niemo form for the Planning Commission. <br />COUICILMEMBER- ROULEY'S_REPnRT Councilmenber Ro ley stated that <br />she 77W Metro Council dinner last Thursday and had a copy <br />of the State of Region Address if anyone wanted to see it. <br />Councilmember Rowley stated that she would like to talk to the <br />Administrator later about the Red Oak Drive situation. She felt <br />the Planning Commission should receive a memo saying where the <br />Council stands on this issue. <br />Co'uncilmember Rowley stated that the Lakeside Park Commission did not <br />meet this month. <br />COUIICILMEMBER ZIEBARTN had nothing to report. <br />MAYOR PICKAR had nothing to report. <br />°1SP (Rowley- Baumgartner) to adjourn the neeting at 11:2' p.m. <br />Resnectfull submitted, <br />''are!
