Cnuncilmemi�er Ziebarth <br />stated that he would like them to be redefined before it is in the <br />Code Once it is in the Code there is no guarantee that it will be <br />changed. <br />Mayor Pickar stated that the only wait to get this into affect would <br />e to act on it and ask the Planning Commission to review these <br />things. Mayor Pickar stated that he did not have any objections to <br />Passing it as it is. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Pickar) for approval of Ordinance 259. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth stated that if it was easier to handle it this <br />way, he would prefer expediting the natter and getting the ordinance <br />into affect. <br />Roll call vote: <br />Councilmember Baumgartner, aye <br />Councilmember Rowley, aye <br />Councilmember Ziebarth, aye <br />Councilmember Hodges, absent <br />Mayor Pickar, aye <br />Motion carried <br />Mayor Pickar closed the public hearing at Y d.m. an_i called the <br />regular meeting back to order. <br />PROPOSED NORTHCREST PART; DEVELOP`lEr1T PLAT <br />Bi11Byam, representing Pinecrest Properties, stated that they had tc <br />change their thinking radically when the Co;iprehensive Plan ::as adopted. <br />The plan changed their property from nultiple rosir!rntial to conr'e rc i a l_ <br />Mr. Byam explained that they hired p1 anners and they cane up with th a <br />booklet. The planners say the key to this development is in getting <br />access to the area from both ways on !'.ighway 11 and opening up the lot <br />in the back. Ir. Byan stated that he is re uesting the cooperation <br />and help from the City officials in getting a cross over on Highway <br />10. Ir. ^yam stated that they have hires! rack '\n:ierson, a traffic <br />consultant, who recommends this cross over which exceeds the standards <br />needed. <br />
