A separate Certificate fee is both cumbersome to administer <br />and annoying to the applicant. This proposed ordinance also <br />clarifies that a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy requires <br />completion of the work within six months. <br />MSP (Hodges Ziebarth) to approve Ordinance No. 263, amending <br />Chapter 40.25 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />TIMETABLE FOR PREPARATION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />Admin. Achen recommended that the Council adopt the timetable <br />on Capital Improvement Program planning and that the staff be <br />directed to commence work on preparation of the C.I.P.
