2 <br />but did not feel that the new TH 10 access should be cut off to the road. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth stated that he would like to talk to the City of Blaine to get <br />their input into the situation, and that he did not feel that closing the TH 10 spur <br />would solve the problem.
