ITEM I. Approve as recommended by the Planning Commission (June A, <br />1977) the minor subdivision request of Antho:ly Saldana to <br />combine property located at 7800 Bonn; Road with 20 feet <br />of the lot property located immediately to the north and <br />granting a 2.5 foot variance of the minimum frontage require <br />menu for the new lot which shall be 82.5 feet wide by 132 <br />feet deep. <br />ITEM J. Approve as recommended by the Planning Commission (June 8, <br />1977) the minor subdivision request of Eugene Buck to com- <br />bine property located at 2940 Woodale Drive with the east <br />ten feet of 2932 Woodale Drive. The new combined lot (2940 <br />Woodale) shall be 134.44 feet wide. <br />ITEM K. Approve as recommended by the Planning Commission (June 8, <br />1977) the minor subdivision request of David Jahnke to <br />create two lots from property located at 8428 Eastwood Road_ <br />The east lot fronting Eastwood Road shall be 127.8 feet <br />wide by 269.5 feet deep; an additional five feet of road <br />easement shall be dedicated on the east lot line. The <br />west lot, fronting Sunnyside Road shall be 117.5 feet wide <br />by 234.15 feet deep.
