He stated that since the last meeting the prelimi- <br />nary plat has been revised to consolidate the holding pond lot into adjacent lots. <br />A permanent drainage easement is provided in place of this lot and additional tempor- <br />ary drainage easements are provided to fulfill the recommendations of Short- Elliott- <br />Hendrickson, Inc. Curbs and gutters along both County Road H -2 and Long Lake Road <br />are recommended by staff. <br />
