A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by acting Mayor Hodges at 7:30 PM on October 24, 1977 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Members Present: Also Present: Acting Mayor Hodges Councilmember Ziebarth Councilmember Rowley Councilmember Baumgartner PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Clerk Administrator Achen Attorney Meyers Engineer Hubbard MSP (Baumgartner Ziebarth) to approve the minutes of the October 11, 1977 meeting as presented. 4 ayes CITIZEN COMMENTS AND REQUESTS There were no citizen comments or requests. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA MSP (Baumgartner Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as follows: 4 ayes ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 869 authorizing execution of Development Agreement 77 -12 with Sunnyside Builders for construction of a duplex located at the southwest corner of County Road H -2 and Edgewood Drive. This development agreement is pursuant to Council's action May 26, 1977, rezoning this parcel to accommodate a two- family rather than single family dwelling. The terms of the development agreement are essentially the same as those of Development Agreement 77 -11 with Steven Loeffler: $1,000 performance guarantee, a front yard tree, paved driveway, appropriate grading for surface drainage. ITEM B. Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (10/12/77 minutes), the minor subdivision of Mitchell Gwiazdon to create two lots from property located at 7555 Spring Lake Road. The existing parcel shall be divided into equal parcels each with 82.5 feet of Frontage on Spring i..ike Road. A variance of the 85 foot frontage minimum requirement is hereby authorized for both lots. ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 870 certifying .i special as ses:;oc'nt of $377 to Lot 1, Block 1, Dalk' s Addition. The as sessm�nt shall be spread at 8% annual interest over a 13 -year period.
