Authorize appropriate officials to execute Agreement for <br />Engineering Services with Consulting Engineers Diversified, <br />Inc. for preparation of a municipal water systems study <br />as authorized by the City Council at its December 12, 1977, <br />meeting. Cost of the study is not to exceed $7,500 and <br />it is to be completed no later than June 1, 1978. <br />ITEM I.
