Mayor Pickar asked if the. area had been subdivided. Larry Fox stated that he had a legal description of the property that he had received from Ramsey County, which stated that it was subdivided. Mayor Pickar stated that the City must have proof of the subdivision before anything could be approved. He also stated that a public hearing was set for February 13, 1978 on putting in the services for the area and that the plan could be approved tonight, contingent upon the services being put in. Jim Celt stated that he owned the east half of lot four and that he would also like to have his lot rezoned to R -4. Councilmember Baumgartner replied that a formal application would have to be made to the City before his request could be considered.
