Set special City Council meetings for. 7:00 PM, Monday, <br />January 30, 1978, and 7:30 PM, Tuesday, February 14, 1978. <br />The former will be a general agenda session. The latter <br />will be a meeting of Council, staff, engineering, legal <br />and fiscal consultants to prepare for the storm sewer <br />improvement hearing. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner was not in the Council Chambers when the vote on the <br />consent agenda was taken. <br />REAPPOINTMENT TO CITY ADVISORY COMMISSIONS ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCIES <br />Administrator Achen reported that there were several vacancies on various commissions <br />including one vacancy on the Park and Recreation Commission and two vacancies on <br />the Lakeside Park Commission: <br />MSP (Pickar- Ziebarth) to <br />Commission, Wayne Weflen <br />and Councilmember Rowley <br />Andrea Turn to the Human <br />Civil Service Commission. <br />appoint Barb Haake and Robert Glazer to the Planning <br />to the Park and Recreation Commission, Jerry Linke <br />to the Lakeside Park Commission, Louise Nerdahl and <br />Rights Commission and Richard Paradise to the Police <br />5 ayes <br />
