April 10, 1978 <br />Mayor Pickar reported that the cornerstone of the building dated 1975 and the con <br />tainer were ready to be set into the side of the building and that he would be <br />glad to work with anyone who would like to get going on it. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth questioned if the capsule would go behind the stone.
