Highway 65 <br />Cedar, MN 55011 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />May 8, 1978 <br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling <br />of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. <br />The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The <br />motion for adoption is non debatable and must receive unanimous <br />approval. By request of any individual Council member, any item <br />can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular <br />agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A. Accept the recommendation of the Park and Recreation <br />Commission to purchase two picnic /outing equipment sets <br />for loan to residents. The purchase shall be made with <br />funds donated by the Mounds View Snowmobile Club. <br />ITEM B. Authorize execution of a memorandum of understanding <br />with the Twin Cities Tree Trust for city participation in <br />the Ramsey County tree nursery facility. <br />ITEM C. Appoint William D. Flynn as part -time, summer park mainten- <br />ance laborer effective May 1, 1978, at an hourly rate of <br />$3.00. <br />ITEM D. Approve the May 8, 1978, bills for payment. <br />ITEM E.
