He added that the ordinance change which had recently <br />been passed to allow 75' lots had specified that all setback and area requirements <br />must be met. <br />Mr. Kollodge stated he would remove the building if he was required to, and that he <br />would agree to a one year time limit for the garage, and either move it or remove it <br />at that time. <br />MSP (Pickar- Ziebarth) to approve the subdi;iicinn for Mr. Kollodge as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission. 4 ayes <br />
