A special meeting of the Mounds View City Council acting as a Canvassing <br />Board was called to order by Mayor Pickar at 7:07 PM on Thursday, <br />November 9, 1978, at the Mounds View Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, <br />MN 55112. <br />Members present: Also present: Administrator Achen <br />Mayor Pickar <br />Councilmember Hodges <br />Councilmember Baumgartner <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Councilmember Ziebarth <br />Administrator Achen presented the election results of November 7, 1978, <br />for all City precincts. <br />MSP (Ziebarth Rowley) to certify the municipal election results as <br />presented by the Clerk Administrator and which are as follows: <br />MAYOR <br />UANE W.
